Last December it was announced that a $112m project would bring a Whole Foods to the Promenade and New Hope Road in Rogers. Besides the 37,000 sq ft grocery story, it would also have an additional 43,000 sq ft of retail space on 22 acres. Additionally, there will be 350 apartment units in several 6 story buildings surrounding a parking garage.

Work picked up quickly and the entire hill that was there previously has now been removed and the worksite has started to go vertical. The parking garage appears to be half constructed, while the walls of Whole Foods are also starting to go up along with one of the single story retail buildings.

Additional housing will go in at a lot adjacent to Home Depot, north of Seneca Road and along the Promenade. This is currently cleared and used for parking however, so it will likely be some time before the project is fully completed, though Whole Foods is expected to open by the end of 2024.
