Rogers, AR has recently completed work on a highway overpass that connects Pinnacle Hills Parkway west of I-49 with Mercy Hospital and the Promenade on the east side of I-49. It runs just north of the Walmart Amp Music Pavilion and will hopefully make traffic at New Hope Road and Pauline Whitaker Parkway exits flow smoother, but somehow I can’t see how it will make too much of a difference. Most traffic coming in from the area would hit New Hope or Pauline Whitaker first, and I can’t imagine many driving past those roads to take this overpass, especially since many will be coming from outside the immediate area and getting off at the highway at the exits.
